This page explains which personal data YNG SHARP BEATS collects, why it is needed and what rights you have. It is written based on what the website actually does — nothing more.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the producer behind YNG SHARP BEATS. For anything related to this, write to info@yngsharpbeats.com.
What data we keep
When you buy: your email (so the files can be sent to you), optionally your name, and the order details (which beats, which licenses, amount, date).
If you create an account: your email and your password — always stored encrypted (hashed). Not even we can read it.
Technical data: your IP address is used temporarily to protect against malicious login attempts, plus basic server logs.
We NEVER store card details. Payment happens entirely inside Stripe or PayPal.
Why we need it
To complete your order and deliver your files (performance of a contract), to run your account, for the security of the website and for our tax obligations. We do not profile users and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who it is shared with
Only with those needed to make a purchase work: the payment provider (Stripe or PayPal, depending on what you chose), the email delivery service and the server hosting provider. We never sell or trade data with anyone.
Cookies
The website uses only strictly necessary ones: the language you picked, your account session, the cart and the player volume. There is no Google Analytics and no advertising tracking — that is why you will not see a cookie consent popup.
How long
Your account data for as long as you keep the account. Order data is kept for as long as the law requires for invoices. Download links expire automatically.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, deletion of your account or restriction of its use. Write to info@yngsharpbeats.com and we will reply as soon as possible. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Security
Passwords are stored encrypted, the connection to the website goes over HTTPS, and the files you buy are delivered through personal links that expire.
Changes
If something substantial changes (e.g. analytics tools are added), this page will be updated and, where required, your consent will be requested.
